I am amazed how the hypnosis CD "Lessen the Pain with Hypnosis" has helped me. I have had lower back pain and bad knees for so long. I listen to the CD when I go to bed. It's only been a couple of weeks now and I have been able to wean myself off of my TENS unit in the evenings and have been walking more.
